Each module will provide you with instruction, reflection exercises and homework to facilitate the transition experience.

I first introduced this content as a 1-week guided online learning course in FB. The overwhelming feedback I received from participants was that the content was awesome but they needed more time. Or that the date it was being offered didn’t work for a lot of folks.

I get it. Time is a precious commodity and we have to make it work amidst many juggling priorities. I know this is important work and not readily available in a course format. I decided to make this available as a standalone online course to make it available to more people that could take this in their own time.

There are lots of exercises that are part of the program to help you process each of the steps. You can opt to go on your own or I can lend some support with the work.
